Hi there!

My name is Liza (pronounced like Lisa - it's a German thing), and I am a wedding and couples photographer based on the West Coast. I am from Germany but have been living in the beautiful Pacific Northwest since November 2016. I met my husband while backpacking in Costa Rica and well - that is how I ended up in Oregon.

I have always loved photography, but it wasn’t until after my own wedding that I started to photograph couples. I absolutely love documenting weddings. The laughter, the joy, the tears, the intimacy and the sense of connection. And all the beautiful portraits. But for me, the photos that will always stand out and stand the test of time are usually the quieter ones, not the trendy poses or detail shots. It’s the photographs that require presence, the ones that preserve emotion and feeling. That is what I am striving to create for all my couples: a photo gallery that transports them right back to their wedding day and all the feelings that come with it. Because in the end, how it felt is what really matters.
